Web Technomatic Pte Ltd (“Web Technomatic”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of individuals whose personal data we collect, use or disclose. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store and otherwise process personal data in connection with our Website at www.webtechnomatic.com and direct business enquiries made by email, telephone, WhatsApp, meetings and other direct business communications.
We are a Singapore business. This Privacy Policy is intended to explain how we handle personal data in connection with the Website and direct business enquiries, having regard to applicable Singapore privacy laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”). This Website and our business enquiries are intended for business users and are not directed at children.
Certain products and services have their own privacy policies, subscription terms or service terms, which apply to personal data collected through or in connection with those products and services.
Personal Data We Collect
“Personal data” generally means data, whether true or not, about an identifiable individual. The personal data we collect depends on how you interact with us.
When you contact us through the Website or through direct business enquiries by email, telephone, WhatsApp, meetings or other channels, we may collect only the business contact and related information reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry, including:
- name;
- company name;
- job title or business role;
- business email address;
- business telephone number;
- website address;
- service requirements;
- project information, instructions and messages;
- quotations and related enquiry information; and
- other information that you choose to provide to us.
When you visit the Website, we and relevant service providers may collect technical and usage information, including:
- IP address;
- browser type and version;
- device and operating-system information;
- pages viewed and actions taken on the Website;
- referring website or source;
- date, time and duration of visits;
- approximate location derived from IP address; and
- website diagnostic, security and server-log information.
This information may be collected through cookies, similar technologies, website logs, Google Analytics, Cloudflare and related services. Google Analytics is used for website analytics and performance measurement. We do not currently use Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, remarketing audiences or similar advertising-tracking tools on the Website. Please read our separate Cookie Policy for further information about cookies and similar technologies.
We may receive business contact information from lawful business-related sources, including referrals and introductions, networking events, publicly available business directories, company websites, business social-media pages and direct business enquiries. This may include a person’s name, company, job role, business email address, business telephone number and other publicly available business information.
Information We Do Not Usually Collect Directly
We do not knowingly seek to collect the following directly through the Website or direct business enquiries:
- payment-card details;
- personal data directly from children;
- NRIC, passport or other identity-document details;
- health information; or
- other highly confidential or sensitive information.
Payments by card are processed through Stripe using a separate payment page or payment link. Stripe collects and processes payment-card information in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices. We do not receive or store full payment-card details. We may receive payment confirmations, payer names, invoice details, billing contact details and transaction references for billing, accounting and service-administration purposes.
How We Use Personal Data
We may collect, use and disclose personal data for purposes reasonably necessary to respond to enquiries and to operate our Website and business communications, including to:
- respond to enquiries, requests, feedback and complaints;
- prepare quotations, proposals and service information;
- communicate with prospective clients, clients and authorised representatives;
- manage accounts, billing, invoicing and payment-related administration;
- maintain business records;
- protect the security, availability and integrity of our Website;
- investigate suspected fraud, misuse, security incidents or other inappropriate activity;
- comply with applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, tax and record-keeping obligations;
- enforce our agreements; and
- protect the rights, safety, security or property of Web Technomatic, our users and others.
We may also use aggregated or de-identified information for website analysis, service improvement, reporting, planning and business purposes where the information does not identify an individual. We do not use personal data for profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We may use basic website analytics and internal tools for productivity, support and administration purposes. We will obtain consent where required by applicable law. In certain circumstances, we may collect, use or disclose personal data without consent where permitted or required by applicable law.
Marketing Communications
We may use business contact information to send information about our services, promotions, updates, events or offers, where permitted by applicable law.
Our marketing activities may include:
- promotional emails;
- WhatsApp messages;
- telephone calls; and
- direct business approaches.
Where we send marketing communications, we will provide a clear and reasonable way to opt out. We keep records of opt-out requests and take reasonable steps to stop marketing through the relevant channel after an opt-out request has been processed.
Before sending marketing messages to Singapore telephone numbers or making marketing calls, we will take steps required or permitted under applicable Do Not Call (“DNC”) requirements. Depending on the circumstances, this may include checking the relevant DNC Registry, obtaining or relying on clear consent, or relying on an applicable statutory exception.
We may use publicly available business contact information for business outreach only where permitted by applicable law. The public availability of a telephone number does not by itself mean that marketing messages or calls may be made without regard to applicable DNC requirements.
Service-related, transactional or administrative communications are not marketing communications. For example, we may send messages about an enquiry, quotation, payment, technical-support request or service issue where reasonably necessary.

International Transfers of Personal Data
Some of our third-party service providers may store or process personal data outside Singapore. Processing locations may vary depending on the provider and its service configuration. Where required under applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal data transferred outside Singapore is subject to a standard of protection comparable to that provided under the PDPA. Such steps may include contractual obligations, provider terms, technical measures or other appropriate safeguards.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures, where appropriate, to protect personal data in our possession or control from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks.
Our measures may include password-protected accounts and systems, access limited to authorised personnel, confidentiality obligations for employees, contractors and subcontractors, regular updates by relevant platform, hosting and service providers, and backups and recovery arrangements.
No internet transmission method or electronic storage system is completely secure. Please take reasonable steps to protect your devices, accounts and credentials. If we become aware of a personal-data breach involving personal data under our control, we will assess the incident and take steps required or appropriate in the circumstances, including making notifications where required by applicable law.

When personal data is no longer needed, we may delete, securely dispose of, anonymise or otherwise remove identifying information from it.
Your Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request:
- access to personal data we hold about you and information about how it has been used or disclosed;
- correction of personal data that you believe is inaccurate or incomplete;
- withdrawal of consent, where we rely on consent; and
- removal from marketing communications.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may charge a reasonable fee for an access request. If a fee applies, we will inform you before processing the request. We may need to verify your identity and request further information before acting on a request.
We may decline, limit or defer a request where permitted or required by applicable law. For example, we may need to withhold information that would disclose another person’s personal data, confidential business information or information that we are not legally required to provide.
Withdrawal of consent will not affect the handling of personal data before the withdrawal. Depending on the nature of the request, withdrawing consent may affect our ability to respond to an enquiry or continue communicating with you. Please let us know if your personal data or business contact details change, so that we can keep our records accurate and up to date.
